Last but not least, my 减肥心得~
减肥除却运动,日常作息与饮食间也是关键。
这里,运动难以用言语表达,唯有说一说平时该注意什么。
以下几项是本人亲身经历、体验,就算没有运动也能瘦下!

  1. 睡醒和饭前先喝一大杯水,之后可以10颗葡萄或3条香蕉当早餐,又或是如果像我一样extreme的话,可以把一根香蕉和一杯少糖的豆浆榨在一起,然后等它的颜色变得有点暗了才喝,这就是很丰富的早餐了!
  2. 有汤先喝汤。
  3. 肉不与饭同吃,要分开来吃。
  4. 当然,煎炸、淀粉类要少吃。
  5. 每吃一口要嚼30下才下咽。(非常有效!)
  6. 每顿吃7分饱即可。
  7. 切记,千万别以为上午没吃,那么晚餐就能多吃,这是大错特错。
  8. 进食时和饭后都不可以喝水。(老爸从小就不喜欢我吃零食和喝汽水,所以这些我都很少去碰。)
  9. 晚上7点之后要和所有事物说sayonara,真得很饿就吃水果,但得在吃饱后的1小时才吃。水果方面也请选择能帮助消化的,本人不会选香蕉。
  10. 饭后一定要站到打嗝为止才坐下,通常要站或慢步走30分钟或以上。
  11. 宿便一定一定、千万千万要清。(据调查,人体内囤积的粪便的重量可高达2kg哦!)
  12. 小便也绝不能忍。

运动方面,我能建议的是,喜欢什么运动就做什么运动。请务必享受运动和出汗的过程,这样才有效。如果只是一昧强迫自己做不喜欢的运动,身体自然也不会听话。以我的个例来看,因为我喜欢跳舞,所以跳舞是对我最有效的运动。

最后,还是得说些老话,要有恒心,因为……为美丽而战是所有女人一辈子的战争,而世上的确只有美女的存在。
